Some units / phases are sold out (especially apartments and smaller units).

Hilltop / elevated positioning giving views of mangroves, sea, beach. Gated community, high‑end design and finishes, choice of architectural styles (e.g., Zen, Minimal, Frame, Cubic). Located in a prime, developing area with good connectivity (to malls, schools, hospitals, etc.). Modern lifestyle amenities, combining nature + luxury.

eem Hills offers a number of upscale amenities, among them: Private swimming pools in villas, rooftop decks. Clubhouses, gyms, multi‑purpose rooms. Landscaped parks, green open spaces, canal‑side promenades, beach access. Running / cycling tracks, walking trails.
